Olokiki Set to Launch Official Website Friday, Reaffirms Readiness to Serve

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream One Orientation Course will commence nationwide on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

According to a statement issued by NYSC Management, the orientation exercise will take place simultaneously in all the 37 NYSC Orientation Camps across the country.

Camp registration for prospective corps members is scheduled to run from Wednesday, January 21, to midnight on Friday, January 23, 2026.

The Swearing-in Ceremony for the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream One corps members will hold on Friday, January 23, 2026, while the three-week orientation programme will officially come to an end with the Closing Ceremony on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

The Director-General of NYSC, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, has wished all prospective corps members safe journeys to their various states of deployment. He also advised them to avoid travelling at night and to adhere strictly to safety guidelines while en route to their orientation camps.

NYSC Management urged all participants to comply with the scheme’s rules and regulations to ensure a smooth and successful orientation exercise nationwide.
